Our policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency in how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Last updated: March 2026
Version: 1.0
At Pranic Healing Collective, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, courses, workshops, events, and products, while ensuring a fair, transparent, and respectful experience for all clients and customers (“you”).
Our services are complementary in nature and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further information.
1. In-Person Courses, Workshops & Events
Bookings for in-person courses, workshops, and events constitute a binding reservation for services provided on a specific date or period and are therefore exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
your place is reserved specifically for you, and
standard cancellation rights do not apply
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all fees for in-person courses, workshops, and events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
a transfer to a future course, workshop, or event, or
a credit towards another offering.
Any such transfer or credit:
is not guaranteed
is subject to availability
may require a minimum notice period
2. Online Events & Digital Offerings
Bookings for live online events, recorded sessions, and digital content are for services and content that may be made available immediately and are therefore subject to specific cancellation conditions.
Where access is provided immediately or within the applicable cancellation period, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the service.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
the service or content may be made available to you immediately, and
you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the service has commenced.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all fees for online events and digital offerings are non-refundable once:
access has been granted, or
the service has commenced.
This includes situations where login details, access links, or event instructions have been provided, regardless of whether the content has been accessed.
Where applicable, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once performance has begun.
3. Donation-Based Meditation Sessions & Events
Certain sessions, including meditation classes, healing clinics, and community events, may be offered on a donation basis rather than a fixed fee.
Donations are made voluntarily to support the delivery of these sessions and the ongoing work of Pranic Healing Collective.
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:
your contribution is voluntary and not a payment for a commercial service, and
no contractual right to a refund or cancellation applies.
All donations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline participation or remove access where necessary, without obligation to refund any donation.
Donations do not create a contractual right to receive a service.
4. Statutory Cancellation Right (Physical Goods Only)
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days, beginning on the day you receive the item, without giving any reason.
This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applies only to eligible products, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after:
the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods, or
in the case of multiple items delivered separately, the day the last item is received.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by making a clear statement (for example, by email) using the contact details provided on our website.
You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This right does not apply to:
in-person courses, workshops, or events provided on a specific date or period,
digital content once access has been provided or accessed, where you have expressly consented to immediate performance, or
goods that are personalised or made to your specification,
except where required by applicable law.
5. Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United Kingdom: approximately 2–5 working days
Europe: approximately 5–10 working days
Outside Europe: approximately 7–15 working days or longer
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance processes, and factors outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by postal or courier services, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, customs procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods will pass to you once full payment has been received.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend that you first contact the relevant courier or delivery provider using your tracking details.
If you require further assistance, please contact us using the details provided on our website, and we will be happy to assist you.
6. Physical Products
For physical products purchased through our website, your rights to cancel and return items are set out in Section 4 above.
You may return items for a refund provided that:
items are returned within the applicable cancellation period,
items are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and
you have notified us of your decision to cancel in accordance with this policy.
To process your return, we may require reasonable proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Returns should be sent to the address provided by us upon confirmation of your return request. Please do not return items without prior authorisation, as this may delay or prevent processing.
You are permitted to handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, we may make a deduction from any refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, any original delivery charges will only be refunded to the extent required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged or replacement items to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
as described,
of satisfactory quality, and
fit for purpose.
If goods do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you have provided valid proof of return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm receipt of the returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within the timeframe set out above.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where returned items do not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
Ownership and responsibility for goods pass to you upon delivery.
We understand that delays can occasionally occur. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable period after it has been issued, we recommend that you first contact your bank or payment provider.
If the issue persists, please contact us using the details provided on our website, and we will be happy to assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or transactions where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse of our policies, or fraudulent activity.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards (including electronic gift cards) are issued as digital products representing a stored monetary value and are treated as digital offerings for the purposes of this policy.
By purchasing or using a gift card, you acknowledge and agree that:
gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law
gift cards must be used in accordance with any validity period or terms specified at the time of purchase
we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards
Gift cards may only be redeemed against eligible products or services offered by Pranic Healing Collective and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are eligible for return and refund in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights.
We do not offer any additional, extended, or discretionary refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items beyond those required by applicable law.
9. Cancellations or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course, workshop, event, or service where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, venue issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events), operational requirements, or insufficient participant numbers.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
If we cancel or reschedule a booking, you will be offered:
a transfer to an alternative date or comparable offering, or
a full refund of any fees paid to us.
Refunds will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant course, workshop, event, or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or admission to any course, workshop, or event where reasonably necessary, including where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or not aligned with the nature of the service, without obligation to provide a refund except where required by law.
We will always aim to provide a suitable alternative where possible.
10. General

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
