Arhatic yoga

“Arhat” is a Pali (the ancient language spoken during the time of Lord Buddha) term meaning Soul-realized. Arhatic Yoga is a distilled synthesis of various yogic systems, presented by Master Choa Kok Sui as a beautiful and powerful path for the spiritual seeker in our modern world.

It combines practices of purification, meditation, service, and study.

The goal of Arhatic Yoga is to gradually lead the practitioner to higher degrees of oneness with his or her Higher Soul.
